Clear and permanently legible cable labeling is the foundation for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of electrical systems. Whether in mechanical and plant engineering, control panel construction, at energy utilities, in photovoltaic and wind power plants, in infrastructure and building services engineering, or in industrial facilities—wherever cables and wires are installed, professional labeling ensures clarity, simplifies maintenance work, and reduces the risk of costly mix-ups.
Cable markers allow for the quick identification of individual cables and assist installers, service technicians, and maintenance teams with installation, expansion, and troubleshooting. Especially in complex systems with a large number of cables, permanent cable marking saves valuable time and helps minimize downtime.
Regoplast® cable markers are designed for long-term use under demanding conditions. Thanks to the proven two-component injection molding process, the lettering and the carrier material are permanently bonded together. As a result, the markings remain legible even under heavy use and reliably withstand UV radiation, moisture, temperature fluctuations, and many chemicals such as acids, alkalis, and solvents.
Depending on the application, various designs and mounting options are available. Whether for control cabinet construction, outdoor use, energy and utility systems, or industrial production facilities—Regoplast® has been offering its customers durable solutions for reliable cable identification for many years. Upon request, the cable markers are custom-assembled and delivered ready for installation, so they can be used immediately on-site.
Whether you need to mark individual cables or equip large-scale industrial facilities, Regoplast® cable markers offer a durable, cost-effective, and time-tested solution that meets the high demands of modern industrial applications.
The Regoplast® Series 1980 cable markers were developed for the durable and reliable marking of cables and wires under demanding operating conditions. They are used in particular in the chemical and food industries, in special-purpose machinery manufacturing, and in numerous other industrial applications where durable and easily readable cable marking is required.
Thanks to their high resistance to many chemicals, solvents, and lubricants, these cable markers are also suitable for use in demanding industrial environments. In addition, they can be used without any problems for underground installation in pipes and cable ducts, where they also ensure long-lasting, reliable identification.
For flexible installation, the markers can be mounted on perforated polypropylene tape, stainless steel tape, or profile rails. They can be attached to the cable either with cable ties or—especially for hygiene-sensitive areas such as the food industry—with stainless steel tape. As a result, Regoplast® cable markers offer a robust, versatile, and durable solution for professional cable identification.
Upon request, we’d be happy to handle the packaging for you—just let us know.
Our durable cable markers and line identifiers are suitable for long-term use underground as well as for above-ground marking of electrical, gas, water, and data lines (fiber optics). They ensure clear identification, facilitate subsequent location, and reduce the risk of damage during excavation and maintenance work. Thanks to weather-, UV-, and corrosion-resistant materials, the markings remain reliably legible over the long term. In addition, insert labels in profile rails enable clear identification of manholes, fittings, and distribution points, and facilitate maintenance and inspection work.
Whether you’re installing new lines, expanding your network, or permanently marking service areas—our solutions offer tried-and-true, standards-compliant labeling. We’d be happy to help you choose the right labeling system for your project.

The Regoplast® cable markers of the 0081 series were specially developed for the durable and space-saving labeling of cables and wires. They are particularly suitable for marking cable bundles, wiring harnesses, and components visible inside control cabinets, as well as for applications in special-purpose machinery manufacturing and automation technology.
The individual markers simply slot together and snap into place on their own. This creates a flexible labeling chain that requires no additional support and can be quickly adapted to the desired labeling configuration. This system allows for easy assembly while ensuring a permanently secure connection between the individual characters.
With their compact dimensions of just 6 × 4 × 3 mm, these markers are particularly well-suited for cables and wires with small cross-sections or in tight spaces. At the beginning and end of the labeling chain, there is a mounting block at each end, which secures the label firmly to the cable using a cable tie. This ensures that the marking remains securely in place even under vibration or mechanical stress, guaranteeing permanently legible cable identification.
