Customers who purchase inspection stickers from us in accordance with BGV A3 can continue to use them without any problems, as confirmed to us by BGHW (Berufsgenossenschaft Handel und Warenlogistik). Just contact us!
Unfortunately, the above-mentioned change of 01.05.2014 regarding the designation of these badges caused confusion several times, as since then it has been published everywhere that the badges with the inscription “tested according to BGV A3” are now obsolete and should instead be replaced by those with the inscription “tested according to DGUV regulation 3”. Since then, we have often been asked when the changeover will take place at our company and when we will include the new badges in our range. After repeated consultation with the Employer’s Liability Insurance Association, we assure you that this is not a necessity. The content of the test standard is unchanged – only the designation has changed. So you may still use the badges with the inscription “tested according to BGV A3” and also purchase them directly from us.
