The Regoplast® hazardous goods warning signs are clearly superior to the usual boards on the market. As shown in the animation on the left, the hazardous goods warning signs of the 612000 series rely on a patented Extraction mechanism. The right sidebar of the panel can be extended to the right to display the also patented, orange elements into the guide rail.
When all elements are in place, the sidebar is pushed back in and fixed.

Especially for freight wagons the second version of our dangerous goods warning signs proves its worth. When starting and braking, the wagons collide with each other and the pull-out mechanism can open. Based on this know-how, we developed our utility model protected hazardous goods warning signs of the 611000 series, where tests proved that the novel hinged closure prevents this.
The digits are inserted into the rail from the right as usual, before the sidebar is folded shut again and holds the elements in place.
Both hazardous goods warning signs can be secured with a lock so that unauthorized persons cannot access the elements.

The hazard identification number and UN number must be indelible and still clearly legible after exposure to fire for 15 minutes. This is exactly the advantage of our ADR boards!
Changeable numbers and letters must remain in the specified location on the vehicle/container while the vehicle is in motion and regardless of orientation.
The black number insert is made of PA. The plastic melts in case of fire, so that the lasered VA steel numbers remain legible. To prevent the complete sign from melting into an illegible mass in the event of a fire, only the number inserts are made of PA.
For changing, the support elements are inserted laterally into the hazardous goods warning sign substructure. The support elements are then locked onto the hazardous goods warning sign substructure by a folding mechanism and can also be secured with a lock.
The Regoplast® warning signs can be equipped with a hinged, optionally lockable cover made of stainless steel. This eliminates the need for cover or overlay hoods. The cover is also suitable for retrofitting.

The single-material hazardous goods warning panel from Regoplast®, suitable for the hazardous goods warning panel substructure “Hamburg”, is subject to our high quality standards, as are all other Regoplast® products. This single-material panel has no folds and can therefore be easily inserted into the “Hamburg” warning panel substructure. It also proves in tests and practical trials that it meets the requirements of ADR/RID.
